Structure

The hospital is managed on a day today basis by a professional team called the Health Management Committee (HMC) led by the Director and answerable to the Board of Directors. The policy formulation, overseeing and development of strategic plans are done by a Board of Directors which is in turn answerable to the Board of Trustees. The board composition is drawn from the churches, health professionals, government, finance and a representative for the Muslim community. The Health Management Committee is composed of the Hospital Director, the Hospital Administrator, Chief Accountant and the Principal Nursing Officer whose brief profiles are thus:-
